Being oriented towards a circular economy, the main objective of the company is the recycling of waste and its reuse, contributing to reducing the dependence on new resources as well as reducing the impact of plastic waste on the environment.
The stages of the recycling process include:

Collection of plastic waste
The process begins with the collection of plastic waste from various sources, such as used containers, packaging, or used parts.

Sorting and cleaning
Plastic waste is sorted and cleaned to remove impurities such as other unwanted materials or contaminants.

Shredding
The waste plastic is then shredded into small pieces or ground into flakes to prepare the material for melting.

Melting and extrusion
Shredded pieces or flakes of plastic are melted at high temperatures and then extruded through a die to form granules or thin threads.

Cooling and cutting
The obtained granules or threads are rapidly cooled to solidify the plastic, and then cut to the desired dimensions.

Packaging and distribution
The resulting granules are packed into bags or containers and are ready to be distributed to manufacturers who will use them to produce new plastic products.
